Abstract
The political economy of agrarian change in this paper addresses and explains for process of impoverishment of agricultural growth, productivity, and yield. Its relations with instability, and its causative factors such as institutional and technological change in agrarian structure for the two and half decades since 1980-81 in Odisha.
